3. Scope of Services

The Platform is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any aviation regulatory authority.

4. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities conducted under a user account are the responsibility of the account holder

AviationExamKenya.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of this Agreement.
